What if you have received a damaged product?

It is possible that the furniture ordered by you gets damaged during transportation. We deeply apologize if that is the case. The customers can file a return request via email or register their complaint by placing a call to us.

What if we fail to deliver your product within 90 days?

We promise to deliver your furniture within 90 days, but in the case of unexpected circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, riots, etc., we regret the inconvenience caused to you. We might extend the expected delivery time, and if the unfavourable conditions persist, then we may cancel the full order and refund the entire amount to the customer.

What if you change your mind and wish to cancel your order?

It is perfectly fine if you’ve changed your mind or placed a wrong order by mistake. We do not charge anything extra if you place your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order. We would not be able to entertain your request for cancellation after this time limit as our team starts working on the furniture in a customized manner.

What if you have ordered a custom product?

Customized pieces of furniture are created keeping in mind the specific needs of the customers. Therefore, they are non-refundable. We ensure to resolve all your issues and will repair the product if you receive it in a damaged condition.

"You can also ask us for replacement"

Yes, if you wish to use the same product, we can arrange for a replacement. But if in case we are unable to process the replacement, we offer 100% money back guarantee.

Our returns and refund process

Once we receive the return or refund request from our customers, our customer executives will get in touch with them to know the exact cause of the damage. If it is a return, we’ll arrange for an easy pick-up at your doorstep, and the cost of transportation is completely borne by the company Wooden Space. Once we receive the product, we’ll initiate the refund process.
The entire amount will be credited to the same source through which the payment was made during the order placement. You can expect the refund amount to be reflected in your account within care@woodenspace.co.uk working days.
