Delivering Furniture Right At Your Doorstep

At Wooden Space, we aim to provide the best customer satisfaction as here we treat every order as a priority and thus try to dispatch your purchased products as soon as possible without letting you experience a moment of dissatisfaction.

What is the estimated time for delivery?

As of now, all the orders are delivered within the approximate period of 90 days. While we ensure that the product reaches you within the estimated time communicated, emergencies such as transport strikes, riots, natural calamities( like rains, earthquakes, floods, etc.) may delay the delivery.

In such cases, please do not worry as we will get in touch with you for the latest update on the delivery of the order. In extreme cases, Wooden Space may cancel your order and refund the entire amount as per the scenario.

Note: Delivery time may also vary depending on the type of order, customization, etc.

How will you deliver my order?

Wooden Space is partnered with the leading logistics companies and therefore, we promise that your furniture will reach you intact and right on time. We’ll get on and dispatch your order asap, particularly within 90 days.

What is the delivery timeline of a custom build products?

Custom made products can get delayed as per the needs of the furniture product, type of materials and other such attributes. The products shall be delivered over a regular delivery time of 12-14 weeks.

Do you deliver products overseas?

No, currently Wooden Space’s customised product delivery services are available across the UK only.

Does the product is delivered to a customer’s doorstep?

Wooden Space will only be responsible for delivering the order at your doorstep if your house or society has a service lift that can be used to deliver your purchased order. If in the case, you don’t have a service lift to carry the product or the lift available is small to carry the furniture along with the wooden crates, then the order will be delivered to the ground floor only.

Do I need to sign on delivery?

Yes, we do need a signature at the time of delivery. But if you won’t be present, we wouldn’t mind delivering your order to your neighbour, and they can sign on your behalf. We would never leave your freshly build customised furniture on your doorstep, and therefore, we will contact you before making the delivery, so you can let us know when you’ll be available to collect the purchase.

What should I check upon the delivery of my purchase?

At the time of delivery, you are requested to check the following things:

  1. All the external surfaces across the product for breakage, cracks, incomplete patches, etc.
  2. If there is any furniture part missing or damaged.

In the case you find any issues, kindly connect with our Customer Care Representatives at care@woodenspace.co.uk and inform about the matter within the 48 hours of delivery.

What should a customer do with the packaging material and the wooden crates?

The packaging material used for shipping of a product is a property of Wooden Space, and thus should not be disposed or used by any customer. We believe in the recycling of these wooden crates, and therefore, we collect them back from the customer to reuse it.

What are your return policies?

We will put in our best foot forward to make sure that we deliver the exact furniture as per your requirements. But in case you’re not satisfied with the product delivered, then we will be happy to provide you with a quick return as per our policies. The return request must be registered to our Customer Care Representatives at care@woodenspace.co.uk within 48 hours.

Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are unused and returned to us safely.

What should a customer do in case of a damaged product?

If any customer is unsatisfied with the order or the product is broken or faulty, then he/she can contact us at care@woodenspace.co.uk and notify about the issue to us. We would be happy to help you with the best feasible solution as per our terms and conditions. The customer is requested to keep the product at his/her place until the time a logical solution is taken between both the parties. Please contact us in case of any queries as we will be happy to serve you with the best of our abilities.
